We both grew up in Southern California and moved to San Francisco in 2005. Chris had just begun a Seminary degree that steered his heart & mind towards a post-modern, urban context, while I (Christine) had been living in inner city Los Angeles, working with inner city youth.
When we got married and came to San Francisco, we were able to combine our passions by incorporating social justice and a heart for the marginalized into urban college campuses. Since then, we've had the privilege of working with college students all over the Bay Area, as well as directing summer missions & training projects stateside, and in Uganda.
In 2010, our little family grew with the addition of our fantastic little guy, Nolan (who instantly learned how to get attention from college girls). With a lot of help from parents and the City of San Francisco, we were able to buy a house, allowing us to deepen our roots in The City we love, and open our doors to even more students.
Chris is a bike guy, spending his early mornings on long road (and occasionally mountain) rides. He loves talking theology, brewing (and roasting) the perfect cup of coffee, and although he is a city-boy at heart, there's nothing better than getting out into the wilderness for an adventure. He's a world traveler, a goof-ball, a theologian and a family man.

Nolan is a charmer and a flirt. He's the smartest, cutest thing you'll ever see (well, we think so), and is happiest reading a book, stacking blocks, or building with Legos. He's a social, happy, talkative, determined little kindergartner!
Jack lives at full speed, jumping, running and bouncing off anything he can. He enjoys kicking soccer balls, but his true passion is construction: toys, visiting real job sites and digging wherever there's dirt and a shovel.
